Client Hold/Change Form

Thank you for submitting your changes via our change request form. Please read the following policies before proceeding:

Meal cancellations may incur the following charges:

  • Cancellations made PRIOR to 10:00 am the business day before delivery: No charge
  • Cancellations made AFTER 10:00 am the business day before delivery: Full charge for the meal
  • Cancellation made AFTER 10:00 am the day of delivery: Full charge for the meal PLUS a possible $25 fee. Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may result in removal from the program

Meal holds are available for up to 30 days, maximum. If you need to cancel your service completely, you must contact the office at 505-808-MEAL(6325). Full meal cancellations requested online will not be processed.

Changes to contact information, diet type, or delivery address take 2-3 business days to process.
